Dr. Allison Heimer, MD
In my cosmetic medicine practice, I focus on building a rapport with my patients, educating them about their options, and working with them to develop a treatment plan that combats the signs of aging, enhances their natural beauty, and helps them advance through life gracefully.
I founded Avaya Aesthetics because I saw a way to leverage my experience working in aesthetic medicine to create a new kind of practice. Our model is built not on volume, but on developing a customized continuum of care for every patient.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota and completed my Emergency Medicine Residency at Michigan State University’s Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. After 16 years of practicing emergency medicine, I transitioned into aesthetic medicine to offer patients advanced and effective anti-aging treatments. It has been a true joy helping patients achieve their skincare and beauty goals.
ABOUT Sheryl Haselhuhn, Office Coordinator
Sheryl has over 14 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing design and management, including extensive knowledge as an entrepreneur and HR professional. Building strong business foundations as well as training, supporting and motivating others is what she is passionate about.
In 2020 Sheryl had the opportunity to immerse herself in the world of Health and Aesthetics. She quickly developed a new passion for the industry and has been able to utilize her skills and talents to build teams and drive business growth.

Sheryl enjoys being a mom of 3 girls as well as spending time with her fiancé, creative writing, food photography, and fitness.

Dr. Allison is an experienced professional that I continue to return to every time I need a refresh! She has helped me age gracefully over the past many years. Dr Allison is AMAZING!!! I work in the advertising industry as talent with Ford Models. I am 65 and do not want to look overdone. I want to look my age "like ME"..natural-rested-refreshed...NOT like a frozen - blowfish. She is the BEST injectionist I have ever worked with. Lips, filler..laser. She is a Doctor so, I feel safe.
