• How do I schedule an appointment?

  Scheduling an appointment at any of our locations can be done by phone. To book your appointment, simply call or text 651-300-7577. Scheduling at the Woodbury office can also be done online through the book an appointment link on the website.

• What days is Dr. Allison at each location?

  Dr. Allison is primarily in Woodbury on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She sees patients in New Brighton on Thursday and occasional Mondays. She serves the Lakeville location Tuesday evenings and some Thursday mornings.

• What takes place during a consultation?

  Dr. Allison will meet with you to discuss your goals and concerns. During this consultation, she can answer any questions you may have and provide you with recommendations and in-depth information about treatments.

• Do treatments require recovery time?

  Most treatments have minimal to no recovery time. Dr. Allison will provide you with a personalized treatment plan and explain the recovery process and aftercare instructions. Recovery times can vary from person to person and depend on the specific treatment that is performed.

• Am I a candidate for the services Dr. Allison provides?

  Dr. Allison provides a free 30 minute consultation to discuss treatment options and help decide what treatments will be best for you.

• How often should I get treated with injectables?

  Neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport & Xeomin should be used every 3-4 months for best results. Dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6-24 months depending on the placement & type of filler.

• Do you accept insurance?

  Avaya does not accept insurance. Although we are a medical skincare clinic, the services we perform are elective and therefore are not covered by insurance.

• Do you offer payment plans?

  We offer PatientFi, which is a payment solution that allows you to pay for your services over time with a monthly payment plan.
